About the Symposium

About the Global Investment Symposium.

  • Cut in your travel – meet everyone under one roof
  • Join like-minded people eager to advance investment
  • Move your business forward

  • Globalization has created integrated economies where countries and corporations are simultaneously partners, competitors and customers. As current economic challenges show, however, advancing economic opportunities and finding practical solutions to global business challenges are imperative ingredients for growth and stability.

IEA has been asked by several corporations and governments to address these global issues by organizing a Symposium dedicated to advancing investment, trade and economic relations among nations.

As Heads of State and their Ministers gather for the 64th UN General Assembly this September, many of the leading heads of state will gather at the Global Investment Symposium to present investment opportunities in their respective countries, while business-focused panels will present the strategies and expectations of global investors.

    Economic Summit
The IEA is hosting an inclusive, timely, and practical symposium on vital economic relations, creating a framework within which countries, corporations, and investors from around the world can discuss opportunities and rationales for mutually beneficial investment.

    Country Presentations
Country presentations, featuring Heads of State along with government and business leaders, will run simultaneously in separate rooms. Due to limited space, each interested country that signs up early enough will have an opportunity to present on its investment climate and opportunities.

Private Meetings for Business and Government: time efficiency
In this conducive and convenient environment, the Symposium will be a time-efficient catalyst for advancing business relations for global business, finance and government leaders that need to cooperate to stay at the forefront of business and innovation. It will also provide the opportunity for practical, private, one-on-one meetings to further existing and new business opportunities.
